I wrote off the male species as a lying bunch of assholes that abandons girls in their time of need. I understand that is stereotyping but when every guy that was supposed to be there for me either abused me or left me , I kinda get that complex. You came around though, and I learned what a real man was. A real man is sweet, gentle, and understanding. After suffering through the trauma of other men, I was scared to let you in, but when I did you never let me down. And when shit got bad, you stood by my side and didn’t waver.
